Sweet Power Flow
Vinyasa yoga is taught in a slow pace where each pose leads to the next to lead the body through a mindful power flow. Classes begin with Pranayama techniques (breathing), then some gentle warming up of the joints, followed by sun salutations and standing poses, afterwards some poses down on the mat and finishes with a body relaxation - savasana.
LEVEL & WHAT TO BRING
Open Level - for everybody
FLOK yoga is an open level class. Everyone is at their own level and there for their own benefit. You make it your own practice by doing what feels good for you and your body. If you've never done yoga - come along and just try it out. Wear your comfiest attire and bring water, in a reusable vessel. There is a bathroom in the building for changing etc.
